Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, managing customer interactions, and ensuring a seamless communication process. The position involves handling data entry tasks, upselling services, and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Manage and update customer information accurately through data entry systems.
  • Provide clear and effective communication in both English and Spanish, demonstrating bilingual proficiency where applicable.
  • Assist customers with product or service-related issues, offering solutions and support tailored to their needs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to existing clients, contributing to business growth.
  • Analyse customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Follow company protocols and uphold excellent phone etiquette at all times to foster positive relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to analyse information effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services tactfully without compromising customer satisfaction.
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while leveraging their multilingual capabilities and organisational skills in a supportive work environment.
