Role Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound & outbound calls for domestic customers

• Resolve customer issues, queries, and complaints effectively

• Provide clear and accurate product/service information

• Ensure polite and professional communication

• Update customer details in internal systems

• Achieve performance targets call quality, issue resolution, CSAT

Requirements:

• 6 months to 4 years of experience in BPO / Voice Process / Customer Support

• Strong communication skills in English + regional languages (Hindi/South Indian languages preferred)
