Job Description

As an On-Site Full-Time employee, your role will involve handling inquiries and quotations, conducting customer follow-ups, and managing customer support and relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer inquiries through email, phone, or in-person interactions. - Understanding client requirements and suggesting suitable products/services. - Timely preparation and sharing of quotations, along with maintaining quotation logs. - Following up with potential clients to close sales. - Keeping records of communication using CRM tools. - Updating clients on order status, lead times, and delivery schedules. - Serving as the primary contact for customer complaints or issues. - Coordinating internally with production and logistics teams to meet customer requirements. - Ensuring high customer satisfaction through consistent support. - Maintaining records of sales, revenue, and invoices. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and key skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support roles, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or 3D printing industries. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus. - Customer-first attitude and a professional demeanor. - Ability to efficiently handle multiple inquiries and deadlines. - A team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
