Job Description

Position Overview

Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including inbound and outbound calls.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

0 to 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
Familiarity with voice processes in both international and domestic BPO settings is a plus.
Proficient in using computers and customer support software.
Willingness to work in a rotating schedule and on-site in locations such as Noida, Thane, Mumbai City, or Bangalore.
Team player with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
