Job Description

Customer Support Executives (Voice Process)

About the Role:

Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for customers.
Resolve issues related to orders, refunds, delays, and escalations with professionalism.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following established communication protocols.
Maintain accurate call logs and follow up with customers when required.
Uphold service quality standards while meeting performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification:
Graduate (any stream)

Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
.
Excellent fluency in
English (mandatory)
.
Confident voice, strong grammar, and clear pronunciation are essential.

Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach.
Confidence and fluency in spoken English.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Details

Shift Timings:
Rotational shifts (Girls will be assigned only
day shifts
for safety and convenience).
Work Days:
6 days a week.
Weekly Off:
1 fixed weekly off.
