Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns. Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service quality. Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO voice process or domestic voice process (CSE). Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written). Strong convincing power and interpersonal skills for effective customer handling. Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
