We are searching for a Customer support Executive to manage all aspects of our customers' needs, from answering phones and emails to resolving walk-in customer difficulties.
Manage phone calls and mails.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise.
Recommend possible products to meet the customers needs.
Analyze and report product malfunctions or defects in the products.
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
Inform customers about new products and its features and functionalities and updating the market and the customer with the latest promotional policies.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
