Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Calculation and Customer Care Executive, located in Kolkata. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support and service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The executive will also handle calculations related to sales processes, assist with resolving distributors issues efficiently, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Any Graduate with 2+ Years of experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, Customer support, handling and resolving customer queries, and maintaining databases
