Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Telugu and experience in handling customer calls in a BPO environment.

Responsibilities

Handle customer calls in Telugu, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in Telugu, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting performance targets and KPIs.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
