We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a global email-based support process. This role involves handling customer queries through written communication and providing accurate resolutions within defined SLAs.
CTC: 36,000 – 38,000 per month
In-hand: 30,300 – 32,300 approx.
Respond to customer queries via email support
Ensure timely and effective resolution as per process guidelines
Maintain high-quality written communication standards
Meet productivity, quality, and compliance metrics
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO experience on paper
Communication: Excellent written English communication skills (mandatory)
Typing: Good typing speed and accuracy
Shift: Willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
