We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide information and guidance on our stock broking services, products, and features - Process client requests, such as account opening, demat account, and trading-related queries - Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and trading, to resolve customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Continuously improve knowledge of our services, products, and industry trends Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (mandatory) - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic knowledge of stock market and trading products (desirable) - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
