Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to assist customers effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

1-6 years of experience in customer support or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
