Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Resolve customer complaints, process returns or replacements, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors. Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay informed about product knowledge, company policies, and new features and services. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Qualifications & Skills: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred. 0–3 years of experience in a customer support or similar role (freshers welcome). Women candidate are only eligible for this job. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using CRM systems, help desk software, and MS Office tools.
