We are Hiring for Leading Telecom Industry!! Position - Customer Support Executive Job Title: Sales Executive – Australian Lead Generation & Sales (Telecalling) Process Type: Australian Outbound Calling – B2B/B2C Shift Timing: 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week Cab Facility: One-side cab provided Work Location: Delhi Key Responsibilities:  Make outbound calls to Australian customers (B2B/B2C).  Start conversations confidently and engage customers with a professional tone.  Ask relevant and qualifying questions to identify eligible prospects.  Actively listen to the customer’s needs, objections, or interest areas.  If qualified, assist customers in filling out the necessary form with accurate data.  Maintain call logs and customer information in CRM.  Meet and exceed daily/weekly lead targets and productivity goals.
