Key responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and provide accurate information.

Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Assist customer with product details , services, and process-related details.

Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions or services.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills:-

Good written English communication (grammar, sentence structure, and clarity)

Ability to understand customer queries and provide accurate responses via email.

Basic computer skills (MS Word. email tools, google workspace)

Details:-

Interview timings:- 10 am-3 pm

Interview date:- 17 December 2025

Location- plot no-109 sector 44, Gurugram

Working days:- 6 days a week

Working hours:- 10 am-7 pm
