Customer Support Executive

About the Role We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing e-commerce team. The role will start with customer support and gradually include supply chain operations (training provided). This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow and build a long-term career in e-commerce. Responsibilities (Customer Support) Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat. Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, refunds, and replacements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Provide clear and polite communication at all times. (After Training) Manage and monitor orders in Shopify & related tools Track shipments, delivery timelines, and coordinate with logistics partners. Help improve processes and reporting for smooth operations. Requirements Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets). Prior experience in customer support / call center / e-commerce. Problem-solving attitude, quick learner, and detail-oriented. Must be ready to work full-time from office.
