Customer Support Executive International Voice Process (UK/US or Australian Shift) 6 Days Working | Payroll: Weavings Manpower Solutions Work Location: Work from Office / Work from Home Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts (Aligned to UK/US or Australian Time Zones) Employment Type: Full-Time (On the payroll of our payroll partner Weavings Manpower Solutions ) Experience Required: 13 Years Job Description We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process team handling Australian customers. This role involves voice and email communication to resolve customer queries related to hotel/home bookings, cancellations, and support needs. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound voice calls. Provide accurate, step-by-step assistance and resolve queries. Draft grammatically correct and clear emails to address customer concerns. Log customer interactions in the system accurately and timely. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team while ensuring customer satisfaction. Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Be available for rotational shifts as required by the process. Requirements Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Prior experience in international voice processes (preferably UK/US or Australian based). Calm, patient, and empathetic approach during customer handling. Good problem-solving skills and detail orientation. Must have a personal laptop to work with. Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, and email handling skills. Comfortable with rotational shifts and high call volumes. Education & Experience Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in voice-based international customer support.
