Job Summary:

Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Utilize

    Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.)

    to manage customer data and generate reports.
  • Maintain and update customer records and support documentation.
  • Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Identify common customer pain points and suggest process improvements.
  • Provide training and support to customers on product usage if required.
