Description
As a AI Developer specializing in Chatbots, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying sophisticated conversational AI solutions. You will work across the entire AI lifecycle, from research and prototyping to production deployment and MLOps, with a particular focus on leveraging LLMs, RAG techniques, and agentic workflows to create intelligent and highly performant chatbots. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing customer interactions, automating processes, and delivering innovative AI-driven experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end AI solutions, with a significant emphasis on advanced chatbot systems, using LLMs (e.g., Llama-3, OpenAI, Gemini), LangChain, and LangGraph. Architect and implement sophisticated agentic AI workflows to enable multi-step reasoning, tool utilization, and autonomous task execution for complex business processes within chatbot applications. Develop and optimize scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for real-time, context-rich information retrieval in conversational AI, utilizing vector databases like FAISS, Weaviate, and Pinecone. Build and containerize robust backend services for AI applications and chatbots using frameworks like FastAPI and Docker, ensuring seamless deployment on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) through CI/CD pipelines. Integrate and manage comprehensive MLOps workflows for model versioning, performance monitoring, automated retraining, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) specifically for chatbot models (e.g., using MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow). Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained LLMs and deep learning models (e.g., BERT, LSTM) for domain-specific text generation, sentiment analysis, text classification, Named Entity Recognition (NER), and contextual intent detection in chatbot contexts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, UI/UX designers, data engineers) to translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI-driven features and chatbot functionalities. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, LLMs, and conversational AI, continuously evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve our solutions.
