Customer Service Associate

Location: Mohali

Working Days: 5 days/week

Shift: UK Shift (Monthly rotational)]

Experience:0-2 Years


Role Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Care Associates to support our blended process (calls & emails).

This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and flexibility to work in UK shifts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions via calls, emails, and chats
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Record and update customer details in CRM
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet service standards


Requirements:

  • Graduate/Undergraduate with excellent English communication skills
  • 0–2 years of customer service (voice) experience preferred
  • Good typing speed and knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in UK rotational shifts
