Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls related to Electric products and services.

Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide product and service information in both Hindi and English.

Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system.

Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department in a timely manner. Maintain quality standards and follow process guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: +2 / Intermediate (Graduate preferred).

Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory.

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and empathy. Basic computer
