Eligibility Criteria: Freshers with strong English communication skills are welcome to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided for the role. Please note, all hires are required to sign a one-year bond with the company.As a part of this, all joiners are required to sign one year bond with our company. Work Timing: Support is required during Australian business hours , from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM IST . Role & responsibilities Manage and oversee the customer service process to ensure smooth operations. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively. Respond to client inquiries through email, social media, and phone calls. Build trust and maintain sustainable customer relationships through clear and interactive communication. Identify and assess customer needs to deliver top-notch satisfaction. Provide product and service knowledge to assist customers. Offer accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and methods. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (preferred but not mandatory). Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with ticketing systems. Proficiency in computer usage. Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is a plus.
