Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive – E-commerce

Location: Plot No. 28/9, Near the Porsche Showroom, Industrial Area, Phase-2, Chandigarh- 160002.
Experience: Freshers
Employment Type: Full-time / Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, emails, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, returns, and deliveries.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues with a positive attitude.
  • Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for order-related concerns.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
  • Problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
