Job Description

Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan inquiries and applications. Assist customers with loan products, eligibility, documentation, and application status. Provide timely resolutions to customer complaints and queries. Guide customers through EMI schedules, repayment options, and overdue accounts. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Follow up with customers for KYC, pending documents, or repayments. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, underwriting, collections) for faster issue resolution. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred). 06 month to 1 year of experience in customer support or banking/NBFC sector. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with loan products and financial terminology. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
