Looking for an experienced Credit Manager to handle the end-to-end process of Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) – from login to disbursement. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Manage full HL/LAP process: login, assessment, sanction & disbursement. Review loan files, verify documents, and ensure policy compliance. Lead a small team (2 members) managing secured loan files. Coordinate with sales, legal, technical, and ops teams. Maintain strong knowledge of loan policies and credit norms. Candidate Requirements: Min. 1 year of hands-on experience in HL/LAP at a bank/NBFC/DSA. Strong understanding of loan documentation, sanction, and disbursement. Team handling experience preferred. Note: Applications without HL/LAP experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day office tasks like filing, scanning, and data entry. Assist loan officers with documentation and application processing. Manage incoming/outgoing calls and customer queries. Maintain records of client documents and loan files. Coordinate with banks, clients, and internal teams for updates. Ensure proper client visits.
