Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and concerns via phone calls, emails, or chats in Marathi language.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' issues related to banking products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints efficiently.
  • Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in BPO industry (domestic voice process preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Marathi language (written & spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Ability to work on Inbound processes, Voice Process, Domestic Voice Process roles.
