Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Location: Maraimalai Nagar Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide updates on delivery timelines. Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Handle complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Assist customers with product specifications, pricing, and availability. Ensure compliance with US customer service standards and manufacturing regulations. Provide technical support related to manufacturing products and processes. Prepare reports on customer interactions, trends, and service improvements. Support business development initiatives by identifying customer needs and opportunities for upselling. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer concerns effectively. Knowledge of US business practices and customer service standards.
