Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services.
  • Maintain call and case logs as per process requirements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
