Role & responsibilities :- Customer Interaction and Support Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to logistics services, delivery schedules, shipment tracking, and status updates. Internal Coordination and Communication Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery. Data Entry and Reporting Accurately log all customer interactions and order details into the system to maintain proper records and ensure smooth follow-up.
