Job Title: Customer Support Executive Insurance Process Department: Customer Service Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Work Shift: Day Shift Reports To: Customer Support Manager / Team Lead Job Summary: We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our Insurance Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product/service information, and resolving issues related to insurance policies promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats from policyholders and prospects. Assist customers with policy information, premium payments, renewals, claims status, and endorsements. Guide customers through claim processes and documentation requirements. Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner. Update customer records accurately in the CRM/system. Escalate complex queries or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge. Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Customer-centric attitude with empathy and patience. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools. Basic understanding of insurance products is a plus. Qualifications: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream. 0–3 years of experience in customer service (insurance experience preferred).
