Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in the IT Service & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in life and pension services.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in life and pension services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
