Customer Support Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate complex cases when required.
  • Maintain records of interactions and update customer information in the system.
  • Follow up on pending queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets and service-level standards.

Skills & Requirements

  • Any degree graduate:

    MBA preferred (added advantage)

  • Good communication skills (English + regional language)
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
  • Ability to handle customer calls with patience and clarity
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are highly encouraged to apply
