Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Itanagar. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing online support, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering technical support when needed. The role will require maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring that customer concerns are resolved promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in Online Support and Technical Support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience
