Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients (Canada process).
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Identify customer needs and offer effective solutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Maintain a calm, empathetic, and professional tone during interactions.
Meet/exceed KPIs such as call handling time, first-call resolution, and CSAT.
Participate in training and feedback sessions for continuous improvement.
Ensure service quality and professionalism at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream accepted).
Experience:
1+ year in BPO Voice Process.
Communication:
Fluent English with
neutral accent
(Strictly no MTI).
Active listening, clear articulation, and tone modulation.
Empathy, patience, and stress management in high-pressure environments.
Ability to multitask across systems and handle multiple customer queries.
Strong team collaboration and goal orientation to achieve KPIs.
Flexible to work in
complete night shifts
(Canada process).
