Job Description

You are a dynamic and resourceful Customer Support Executive & Integration Specialist with exceptional communication skills and hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, and various online marketplaces. Your role involves providing top-notch customer support through email, live chat, and scheduled video/phone calls. You will assist customers with onboarding, troubleshooting, and integrating their stores with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, and others. Guiding merchants through API and plugin-based integrations, resolving technical issues efficiently, and conducting product walkthroughs are also part of your responsibilities. Handling queries from US and Canadian clients with professionalism and a customer-first attitude is essential. You will collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, sales) to resolve escalated technical or operational issues. Documenting and updating support interactions, FAQs, and technical articles for self-service portals, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to continuous support process improvement are key aspects of your role. Thriving under pressure in peak periods, managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail, and working with clients across different time zones are also expected. You should have 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical integration within e-commerce or SaaS, strong knowledge of various e-commerce/marketplace platforms, familiarity with basic API integrations, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Remaining calm and composed under pressure, being tech-savvy, a quick learner, and capable of independently resolving technical challenges are crucial. Flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts to support client meetings is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with CRM and support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or HubSpot, knowledge of e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, and digital marketing integrations, and multilingual capability is a plus. This is a full-time position with health insurance and Provident Fund benefits, requiring a bachelor's degree (preferred), 5 years of customer service experience (preferred), proficiency in English, and working in a night shift schedule.
