Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle inbound voice process calls from customers, addressing their issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and improve overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (domestic calling).
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English language.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (if required).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
