Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a prompt and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate, valid, and complete information.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features or services.
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in a customer support or customer service role preferably in retail industry.
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
in English.
Strong
customer handling skills
and a calm, empathetic approach to problem-solving.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with CRM systems or customer service software.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
