Customer Support Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from customers
  • Understand and resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Create, manage, and close support tickets in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy throughout the customer interaction

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in

    Hindi

    (spoken) proficiency in English is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a voice-based customer support role preferred
  • Freshers with good Hindi communication are also welcome
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure

Work Details:

  • Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
  • Working Days: 6 Days a Week
  • Shift Timing: Day Shift
