Our mission is to create impactful, personalized learning journeys that drive academic success. Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic and driven Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role is focused on supporting our expansion in the Middle East region . You will engage remotely with prospective students and parents, understand their learning needs, and guide them toward the most suitable educational solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: Reach out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Consultative Selling: Understand the needs of students and parents to recommend personalized learning solutions. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards and exceed monthly revenue and conversion goals. Customer Engagement: Build trust and long-term relationships with customers; encourage referrals. Objection Handling & Closures: Confidently address concerns and close sales in a virtual environment. Who Can Apply: Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Experienced candidates (1+ year) from EdTech, education, or telesales backgrounds are preferred. Key Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer focus and a consultative sales approach. Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics. Basic understanding of CRM tools and virtual sales processes (training will be provided). A bachelor's degree in any discipline. Must-Haves: Personal laptop.
