Role & responsibilities 1. Business Growth & P&L Ownership Achieve revenue and EBIT goals across enterprise and strategic automotive accounts. Acquire high-value clients, manage large RFPs, and close major deals. Implement growth initiatives focused on increasing EBITDA. Ensure 70%+ retention of key accounts by volume and profit contribution. 2. Strategic Sales & Market Penetration Identify and convert new business opportunities in OEMs, Spare Parts, and EV segments. Handle the complete sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure. Maintain accurate sales tracking and governance using CRM tools. 3. Customer & Market Development Develop strong relationships with senior executives like CXOs, procurement, and supply chain leaders. Stay updated on market trends and innovations in the automotive and logistics space. Represent the organization in industry events to strengthen market presence. 4. Collaboration & Solution Integration Collaborate with internal business units to deliver comprehensive supply chain solutions. Ensure adherence to commercial documentation and pricing governance. Leverage internal services such as trade finance for client-focused solutions. 5. Client Engagement & Retention Manage and maintain CXO-level relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct regular Business Reviews to enhance satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. 6. Commercial Excellence & Reporting Lead profitable contract negotiations aligned with customer expectations. Track and report key sales performance metrics like pipeline health, win ratios, margins, and client retention. Preferred candidate profile Candidates preferred from logistics background
