  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    HSC (12th pass) and above.
  • Experience:

    Freshers are welcome.
  • Skills:

    Communication in English.
  • Technical/Professional Degrees:

    Not eligible (No B.Tech, MCA, MBA, etc.)

    Work from Office (5 days a week)

    Face-to-face interview with 3 rounds:
    • HR Round
    • Operations Round
    • SVAR Test (Voice & Accent Assessment)
  • Transport:

    One-way cab facility provided
