Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a

    Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

    between departments, teams, or external partners.
  • Coordinate daily operations, schedules, and task follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain and update reports, trackers, and documentation as per company standards.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks, communication, and project execution.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and circulating updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
  • Escalate critical issues to the concerned manager for timely resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth internal communication flow.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Team-oriented with problem-solving aptitude.
  • Attention to detail and accountability for assigned tasks.
  • Hindi speaking is mandatory
