As a Customer Chat Email Associate, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales through various channels by addressing and resolving customer complaints and queries in a timely manner. You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a professional demeanor. Proficiency in the English language is essential for this role.
