We are hiring qualified BPO Voice Process Executives (male & female) on a commission-based permanent role. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with chat support, email drafting , and resolving customer queries via email and calls . If you're someone who can handle customers efficiently and communicate clearly, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers. Provide real-time chat support to resolve user issues or answer product-related queries. Draft and send professional email responses to customer inquiries. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate logs of all interactions (calls/emails/chats). Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet daily/weekly response and resolution targets. Requirements: Proven experience in a BPO voice process or customer support role. Strong command of spoken and written English. Ability to draft clear and concise emails. Proficient in handling customer queries via phone, email, and chat. Good listening skills, patience, and empathy. Must own a laptop with stable internet access. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. Compensation: This is a commission-based permanent role .
