Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive - Fresher located in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing customer support queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online support, and offering technical support as needed. Daily tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

  • Online Support and Technical Support skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
