Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, maintaining customer relationships, researching required information using available resources, recommending improved processes to improve service quality, seizing opportunities to upsell products, and accomplishing customer service and organization targets by completing related tasks as needed. Additionally, you should be excited and interested in the flexibility and dynamic nature of the company environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently. - Maintain customer relationships and record all call information according to standard operating procedures. - Research required information using available resources. - Recommend improved processes to enhance service quality. - Seize opportunities to upsell products. - Accomplish customer service and organization targets by completing related tasks as needed. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and listening skills with a good command of the English language. - Knowledge of customer service practices and a customer-oriented attitude with professionalism. - Strong multitasking, time management, and target-achieving skills. - Ability to manage processes and reporting effectively. - Previous experience in a customer service profile is preferred. - Must have good interpersonal skills.
