Job Title: Customer Success Associate – Insurance Process (Health, Motor & Life Insurance) Work Mode: Work From Office Location: Kharadi Bypass, Kharadi South Main Road, Pune, Maharashtra – 411014 About the Role: We are hiring enthusiastic and confident Customer Success Associates for our Domestic Insurance Process (Health, Motor & Life Insurance). The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and suggesting suitable insurance products. Key Responsibilities: Contact and advise interested leads on the right insurance products (Outbound LOB). Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with customers. Achieve sales targets and maintain high-quality customer interactions. Provide complete product information and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the CRM. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and customer onboarding. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. No MTI or RTI, grammatical or pronunciation errors. Strong sales acumen and persuasive communication. Knowledge of the insurance sector (Domestic) is preferred. Qualification & Experience: Qualification: Graduate in any field. Experience: Open for both freshers and experienced candidates Preferred: Candidates with prior Domestic Insurance or Sales experience. Salary & Benefits: Fresher: ₹25,000 CTC/month Experienced: Up to ₹35000 CTC/month (based on last drawn salary) Attractive Incentives based on performance Work Details: Shift: Rotational shifts (For females – day shift up to 8 PM; For males – rotational) Working Days: 6 days a week Nature of Account: Domestic Interview Process: HR Round Versant Test (Level 6 Certified) Written Assessment Operations Round Client Round Interview Mode: Face-to-Face / Drive (Minimum 50 count)
