Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Jaipur. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and providing technical support as needed.

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Technical Support and Online Support skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Budget for this role is 20-25k
