Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Support

Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point

of contact for our customers, providing them with the assistance

they need to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. Your

ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be key

to helping our customers feel valued and understood.

Key Responsibilities:

● Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email,

and chat.

● Assist customers with product questions, issues, and

troubleshooting.

● Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide

accurate information.

● Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM

system.

● Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex

issues.

● Identify trends in customer inquiries and recommend

improvements.

● Provide feedback on processes and customer experiences

to enhance service delivery.

● Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been

resolved satisfactorily.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor or equivalent; additional qualifications in

customer service or related fields are a plus.

● 1+ years of Proven experience in customer support or a

similar role.

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office

Suite.

● A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
