The Gurcharanam Academy is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a leading institute focused on preparing students for NEET, JEE, and foundational courses, we are committed to providing quality education and exceptional academic support. In this role, you will be responsible for handling student queries and facilitating clear communication between students, parents, and the academy. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to incoming calls, messages, and inquiries from students and parents promptly and professionally. - Provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, schedules, and admissions processes. - Maintain student records and ensure that databases are updated regularly. - Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to address and resolve any issues that may arise. - Follow up with potential leads and support the admissions process effectively. - Strive to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering polite, clear, and timely responses to inquiries. - Handle escalations or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
